Growing up in "Coal Country" of Northeast Pennsylvania, Jason did not have a love for fishing.  That is, until the first Journey to South Florida.  Once Jason experienced the sand-flats off Key West, he was hooked.
In addition to working to hone his fly casting ability, Number two enjoys spending time in the kitchen.  If not on the water, Jason can usually be found concocting something tasty for the group.

A passion for the best fresh ingredients, simply prepared, is the philosophy that drives what comes from the FatGuy's Kitchen.
